Off to spin with Maralyn this morning at a local day centre for adults with learning difficulties at their coffee morning. We are the entertainment! Hope they make lots of money today. Try to post pictures later.

lovely sunny day
Isnt it nice to see the sun, would be a great day to spend in the garden but i have such a bad chest at the moment thats probably not a good idea. So another day trying to get to grips with the housework. Probably going to fail!
